Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Saynest Lab (operated by Andrii Mysliuk as an individual entrepreneur, registered in Ukraine) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our AI-powered voice IT interview simulator ("Service"). The platform simulates a realistic hiring process for IT professionals, covering stages such as HR screening, technical interview, system design, and final interview.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

  • Audio recordings of your spoken responses during interview sessions
  • Text transcripts of your spoken responses (generated automatically from audio)
  • Session metadata (selected role, seniority level, interview stage, scores, errors, time, progress)
  • Account identifiers (email address, Google login, etc.)
  • Technical data (cookies, browser/device information, usage logs)

  • Track your progress across interview stages and attempts
  • Provide structured feedback and highlight areas for improvement

We do not use your data for AI model training unless you explicitly opt in to that feature (currently not enabled).

4. Data Storage and Processing

Text transcripts and session data are stored in MongoDB databases hosted on Google Cloud (Europe-west1 region, Belgium). Audio recordings are stored in Google Cloud Storage and accessible via temporary links (valid up to 5 minutes). All transmissions are secured and encrypted.
