Saynest Lab offers a free plan so you can explore the product before upgrading to a paid subscription.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. To request a refund, contact us at saynest.labs@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
Refund requests made after 7 days of the charge will not be eligible. Renewals are non-refundable — the 7-day window applies to the first payment only.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, due to duplicate billing or a technical issue), please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it.
